“Super helpful and friendly staff! Day before thanksgiving, I had to drop off my friend's dog that i was sitting for. I live all the way in Brooklyn and accidentally put the dog in my car without a leash. I was close to Two by Four when i realized that i forgot the leash. The staff was so understanding and not only did they let me borrow a leash, but they came outside and got the dog out of the car for me! I was so relieved that they were so understanding.”
